Born in İzmir in 1971, Koray Ağras graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and completed his urology specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 1996–2001. He holds European Board certifications in both Adult Urology (FEBU) and Pediatric Urology (FEAPU), confirming his dual expertise.
